Privacy summary
CarePaw is designed to store the records you enter on your device. The first release has no account, backend, advertising, analytics, or behavioral tracking.
Information you enter
You may enter pet profiles, care dates and schedules, feeding and medication instructions, appointments, veterinarian and emergency contacts, insurance references, microchip details, and sitter instructions. An optional pet photo is selected by you through the system picker.
Notifications
Local reminders are optional. The app requests notification access only after you choose to enable a reminder. Your records remain usable if you decline.
Pet Sitter PDFs
PDFs are generated locally and previewed before sharing. A PDF may contain sensitive contact, policy, identifier, schedule, and care information. It leaves the app only when you choose a system share, save, or print destination. Copies saved or sent outside the app are controlled by that destination and cannot be deleted by CarePaw.
Deletion and device loss
In-app deletion controls app-managed data on the device. Removing the app or losing the device may remove locally stored records. The app does not provide cloud recovery.
