Data stored on your device
LifeSnaps stores the memories you create—including photos, dates, location labels, titles, stories, and moods—locally on your device.
Data collection and sharing
LifeSnaps does not collect, transmit, sell, or share your memory content. The first release uses no account, backend, analytics, advertising, AI processing, or third-party SDK.
Photo and location access
You choose one photo using the iOS system photo picker. LifeSnaps does not request broad Photo Library access. Location is text you enter yourself; the app does not request Location Services access.
Your control
You may edit or delete memories inside the app. Removing the app may remove its locally stored data, subject to iOS device and backup behavior outside LifeSnaps.
PDF keepsakes
PDF keepsakes are generated on your device from memories you explicitly select. LifeSnaps only hands a generated PDF to the iOS share or save interface when you ask it to. A copy saved or shared outside LifeSnaps is controlled by the destination you choose.
