Curiora

Privacy Policy

Private by design.

This policy describes Curiora version 1.0. Curiora is a local-first personal collection catalog.

Information Curiora handles

Curiora lets you enter collection and item names, brands, purchase dates, purchase prices, owner-estimated values, collection numbers, storage locations, and photos you select. This information is stored locally by the app on your device.

Information we collect

Curiora does not require an account and does not send your collection records or selected photos to a Curiora backend. Curiora contains no advertising or analytics SDK.

Photos

Curiora uses Apple's system photo picker so you can deliberately choose existing photos. Curiora does not request broad access to your photo library and does not include camera capture in this release.

PDF sharing

When you create a PDF, it remains under your control. Information leaves Curiora only if you intentionally choose an external destination using Apple's share sheet. That destination may have its own privacy practices.

External links and email

Opening Support or Privacy pages and composing a support email are intentional external actions. Your browser, email provider, and network provider may process those interactions under their own policies.

Retention and deletion

Your records remain on your device until you delete items, delete collections, erase all local data in Curiora, or remove the app according to the behavior of iOS or iPadOS. Curiora does not keep a server copy.

Children

Curiora is a general personal organization tool and is not directed to children. It does not knowingly collect personal information through a developer-operated service.

Changes

If Curiora's data behavior changes, this policy will be updated to describe the implemented release truthfully.
